Top 15 Arizona Home Sales of 2017 Hit $90 Million Combined


    The residential real estate market returned with a flourish, at least at the high-end, in 2017. During the first 11 months of the year, there were roughly two dozen home sales over $4 million each, and 10 that topped $5 million. Below is a look at the top home sale for the year. A late addition to the list was a home in Paradise Valley bought by Microchip Technology CEO Steve Sanghi for $15.6 million. That price is a record paid for a home in Arizona.
