A 10-story-high Prescott mansion billed as the world’s tallest home is for sale. It can be yours for $1.5 million.

A Prescott mansion as tall as a 10-story building and billed as the world’s tallest home is for sale.

A buyer can get the towering 124-foot-tall house, complete with hydraulic elevator, for $1.5 million.

Phoenix architect Sukumar Pal built the home, called “The Falcon” or “Falcon’s Nest,” with glass ceilings and walls to capture the views of the San Francisco Peaks, Thumb Butte, Humphrey’s Peak and Bill Williams Mountain.

The 6,200-square-foot house comes with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. It’s situated on about an acre.

“This home is truly an architectural rarity.”

Whether it’s the tallest single-family home in the world could be disputed. In India, billionaire Mukesh Ambani built a 27-story home, which Vanity Fair reports is 570 feet high, but it looks a lot more like a skyscraper than a single-family home.

In 2015, the Prescott house was listed for $2.8 million.
