You now can enter to win HGTV’s luxury smart home in north Scottsdale. It comes with motion-activated toilets, a tub fitted out with sound waves, solar-activated skylights and a hybrid Mercedes with its own charging system in the garage.
The winner also gets a cool $100,000 in cash. –

The Scottsdale smart home comes with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a three-car garage. An exact value has not been put on the 3,300-square-foot property, but the entire prize package is valued at $1.5 million, said HGTV’s Kristin Alm.
The buyer would have to pay property tax, however.
The decked-out house, designed with a Southwestern look by Candelaria Design Associates, was built by Eagle Luxury Properties. Both companies are based in Scottsdale.
HGTV’s smart home for 2016 was built in Raleigh, N.C. The winner from Maryland decided not to keep the house, instead opting for an undisclosed cash prize.
The Raleigh home later was sold for about $900,000, according to the Triangle Business Journal.
